For this role, we are looking for a Software Engineer with an interest in those technologies that can dive right into it with our engineering team.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, architect, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in Azure & GCP Cloud Platforms to support business initiatives across the company Design and develop cutting-edge solutions, using existing and emerging technology platforms; while promoting a culture of engineering excellence Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the enterprise, at all levels of the organization Work with application teams, platform teams, and developers with deep experience in Public Cloud, distributed microservices, and full stack systems Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community Identify, assess and promote new services for adoption in Azure and GCP, develop preventative and detective controls and tooling to secure those services, and monitor platform infrastructure for compliance Advocate for Capital One's customers and reputation through proactive Risk Management to identify and mitigate risk in our platforms and services, escalating as appropriate to Senior Leadership Integrate Azure and GCP Platforms with Enterprise Tooling and Systems residing in AWS for log aggregation, alerting, monitoring, deployment pipelines, etc.

Leverage bash, python, powershell, terraform, cli to manage Azure & GCP Cloud Platforms Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of experience in design, implementation, deployment, and support of public cloud services and infrastructure (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform) At least 1 year of Linux or Windows system administration experience At least 2 years of experience building infrastructure-as-code using CloudFormation or Terraform Preferred
Qualifications:

years of administration scripting experience in either Python or Powershell 3
years of experience with GCP or Microsoft Azure 3
years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) 1
years of experience with Serverless and Container Technologies in Azure and GCP 1

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
